We send you a package and you send us your gold. It’s that easy.

Fill out the online form or visit your nearest Charm Diamond Centres or Crescent Gold & Diamonds store location.

Step 2

Gather all the gold, silver, platinum and diamonds (.25 ct and up) you want to sell for cash and send it to us in the envelope provided – it’s free, easy and secure. Simply follow the packing and shipping instructions that will be provided to you.

Step 3

Once we have received your kit we will send you a confirmation email, confirming the receipt of your kit. We’ll videotape your kit being opened, unpacked and weighed and give you access to that video and keep you up to date during the process. We’ll analyze your precious metals, determine a payout amount, and send you a cheque, or as an added bonus, you can choose a Charm or Crescent Gift Card at 30% more than our offer, to be used in either store. *Be sure to check your “trash and junk” areas of your email as some are sensitive and will deliver our emails there.
